Crucial to the way that CBR is operating are the self steering teams which are made up by a mix of partners working on a concrete project. Thus the Prosperity programmes are realised by local partners (professionals and students) and student crews from The Netherlands. All partners are responsible for the success of their project or task.

CBR is working with action planning, horizontal interconnections, peer to peer coaching and win-win business cases that is realised by local and international CBRCrew members. All crew members commit themselves to achieve the set goals by signing the CBRCommitmentDocument. Approximately 20% of the staff is professionals and 80% are students, both are working voluntary for CBR.

In the head office in The Hague, The Netherlands Roy Silos and four volunteers are working full time for CBR and many other volunteers (approximately 60) are engaged in The Netherlands, Bonaire, Cape Verde, Morocco, Aruba, Curaçao, Suriname and Turkey with the aim of organising prosperity worldwide.

CBR has an organisational structure that can be compared to a molecule, all atoms are streaming and interacting.
